This Choornam is a very effective external Ayurvedic herbal medicine for skin diseases is used for the treatment of Pruritis, rashes, scabies, skin allergies, etc. Eladi Choornam is used for body massage (Udwarthanam) as a beauty therapy in Ayurveda. It exfoliates the dead cells and renders refreshed and energetic glow to the skin. When Eladi Choornam is used as external Ayurvedic herbal medicine it proves to be beneficial for the treatment of skin diseases like skin allergies, scabies, psoriasis, rashes, contact eczema, itching, and pruritis. It also used as a face pack to remove pimples, pigmentation and improving complexion.

Properties and Uses:

Roga karma: Visha, varnaprasadana, kandu, pitaka, kota. Vatakaphahara, Twachya, raktadustihara, kandughna, Skin diseases, itching, rashes, boil, insect bite, improves skin complexion. Helps in treating various skin problems, exfoliation of the dead skin cells, prevent blemishes and dark spots, attain a healthy Skin, pimples &amp; pigmentation.

Dosage and Anupan: 

For external application sufficient quantity of powder mixed with milk or oil and applied over the skin. For internally one teaspoon of powder along with buttermilk two or three times a day before or after food

Shelf life: Around 2 Years.
