Usual dose is 2 drops into each nostrils, on empty stomach. Because of its peculiar odor, some may feel it hard to use as Nasya.Doses and anupan3-5 gm of direct intake panchgavya ghritam in case of adult or as prescribed by vaidya.For poorvkarma of panchkarma as snehan dravya to be decided by vaidya according to prakruti and bala bal of rogi and rog.Side effectsThere is no known side effects of the product but still self medication must be avoided.Higher dose and patient suffering from diabetes and high cholesterol level should take under supervision of vaidya only.
