तुलसी का परिचय - Introduction of Tulsi in Hindi तुलसी को हिंदू धर्म में एक धार्मिक पौधा माना जाता है और इसे ‘पवित्र तुलसी’ के नाम से जाना जाता है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि तुलसी माता भगवती के अवतार के रूप में देवी तुलसी बन कर धरती पर अवतरित हुई थीं। हिंदू संस्कृति में अनेक हिंदू लोग किसी विशेष पात्र या गमले आदि में तुलसी के पौधे को अपने घरों के सामने लगाकर रखते हैं। तुलसी की उत्पत्ति उत्तर-मध्य भारत Ayurvedic Treatment in Hindi 1. साधारण जुकाम  आयुर्वेद- आयुर्वेद में साधारण जुकाम को कफ दोष तथा कमजोर पाचन तंत्र का परिणाम माना जाता है। कमजोर पाचन तंत्र के कारण शरीर में अपचित या विषैला भोजन आम के अवशेष के तौर पर जमा हो जाता है। यही आम लार के रूप में श्वसन तंत्र में पहुंचकर जुकाम या खांसी की वजह बनता है। तुलसी में गजब की दीपन शक्ति होती है अथवा यह क्षुधावर्धक, पाचक अग्नि को बढ़ाने वाली और कफ का परिणाम माना जाता है। कमजोर पाचन तंत्र के कारण खाना सही से नहीं पचता तथा शरीर में आम जमा हो जाता है। इसे आप अपचित विषैले भोजन अवशेष भी कह सकते हैं। शरीर में इसके जमा होने से अग्नाशय की कोशिकाओं का
