His Instagram post with the health update on Monday came minutes after actress Bhumi Pednekar announced that she has tested positive for Covid-19.Vicky informed that he is is living under home quarantine and taking medication as prescribed. Vicky also requested all those who came in contact with him recently to get themselves tested."Inspite of all care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested positive for Covid-19. Following all essential protocols, I am under home quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by my doctor. I request all those who came in contact with me to immediately get tested. चाशनी तैयार कर लें। घ. उसके बाद पके हुए आंवले इस चाशनी में डाल दें। ङ. इसे 1-2 घंटे तक रखा रहने दें ताकि आंवले चाशनी को ठीक से अवशोषित कर लें। च. इसके उपरांत आपका आंवले का मुरब्बा तैयार हो जाता है और आप इसका दोपहर या रात के भोजन के पहले या बाद में उपभोग कर सकते हैं। ● आंवले की चटनी क. आधा कप आंवला लें। ख. इसमें एक कप कटा हुआ धनिया तथा 3-4 मिर्च डाल लें। ग. इसमें चुटकी भर हींग तथा स्वाद के अनुसार नमक भी मिला लें। ङ. अब इस आंवले की चटनी का भोजन के साथ उपभोग करें। ● आंवले, गाजर व चुकंदर का जूस क. 1-2 आंवले, दो गाजर तथा एक चुकंदर लें तथा उनको छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें। ख. अब समस्त घटकों को
