Kairali Balarishtam is a potent Ayurvedic composition comprised of constituents like Bala (Sida cordifolia) which undergoes fermentation in about three months. The 5 to 10% of self-generated alcohol which is consequently produced, aids in the dissolution of active principles of herbs into the aqueous media.
