Kanakasava is an Ayurvedic bronchodilator, anti inflammatory &amp; analgesic medicine. It is a fermented liquid medicine with only 5-10% alcohol , containing Dhatura, mentioned in the historic drug manufacture guide “Bhaishjya Ratnawali” for respiratory diseases, hemorrhagic diseases &amp; chronic fever.Dhatura is present in very small amount of 7.2 gm in 450ml, which is effective enough to act upon the doshas &amp; not harmful to anyone including children &amp; pregnant women. It is made via fermentation &amp; includes over 11 medicines.It increases the manages anorexia, chronic cough, asthma, upper respiratory track congestions, chronic fevers &amp; hemorrhagic diseases. It is also used in tuberculosis &amp; thoracic injuries. Although it has Dhatura, it is safe enough to use in limited amounts after meals twice a day.
