Back pain has become a common issue, every next person we meet or interact has a problem of back pain, either to them or to their known person. Kati Basti - In this treatment a well is created on the lower back using either the wheat flour or gram flour, heated oil is poured in the well and retained in it. This treatment is useful in improving and strengthening the muscle tone.
Kizhi - In Ayurveda the back pain is a result of Vata aggravation, therefore in order to pacify the aggravated Vata, this treatment is used.
