The United Nations celebrates November 20 every year as World Children's Day i.e. Universal Children's Day. On 20 November 1954, it was decided that every year this day was dedicated to the development, health, education, and fundamental rights of children.

Children are our future, but if children's health is not better, then how will they create a better world in the future. Ayurveda is very good for children's health as it keeps your child healthy without any side effects. There is a treatment for every disease in Ayurveda.

Ayurveda encompasses the principles of neonatal, infant feeding, tooth loss, children's treatment, and therapy. Most Ayurvedic herbs and herbal compounds can be safely used in cases of common childhood diseases. According to doctor Pooja Kohli, Ayurveda is better for the health of children as it keeps the child healthy without any side effects. 

Ayurveda Has Solutions For These Common Diseases Of Children

If you have constipation problem: If the child has constipation problem, a diet rich in a natural fiber like soaked raisins or dates, honey, bran, sesame seeds, mango, papaya, grapes, and fresh figs is useful. To prevent constipation, consume sufficient water and high fiber foods.

Suffering from diarrhea: If the child is troubled by diarrhea, grind nutmeg, and mix it with honey in the morning and evening. The child will get the rest. Make a decoction of fennel and dry ginger and feed the child. It will beneficial for children.

If the child has a cough or cold: Give basil juice to the child on cough and cold. It will not cause a cold. Make a decoction by soaking a little ginger and one gram of bay leaves in a cup of water. Then mix one teaspoon of sugar candy in it and drink in the quantity of 1-1 teaspoon three times a day, will get relax.

If the teeth are coming out: Children get upset due to itching in the gums while the teeth are coming out. To protect the child from this, prepare the powder by grinding finely the peepal, which is filtered with the cloth. Then give it with honey.

Stay away from the equipment: In this technological period where there is equipment with harmful rays everywhere, keeping the children away from such devices will be the beginning of their first step towards a healthy life. However, it is very difficult to keep today's children away from gadgets. But anything can be possible with effort. Instead of spending time on these devices, engage children in some productive work.

Start the day with water: We grow up to start our day with water, but we do not give our children to drink water on an empty stomach in the morning. But starting the day by drinking water is a good habit towards internal cleansing. Adding this habit in children from an early age can greatly benefit them in the future.

Simple stretches and more exercises for children also help in the state and balance of children. Also, this string of activities is very crucial in the development of a child. Having fun helps their growth of the body muscles, and a heart condition, conditioning.

Making children aware of all these habits and putting them in their daily routine is extremely beneficial for their present and future. It is also important to see what effect these habits are having on children. All of these habits can make them irritable in their dincharya(Daily life), which is why they like to take action they do not and take steps keeping this in mind.
