Dr. Malagi, why did you choose Ayurveda?
It was my father’s dream for me. Ayurveda meant a lot to him. I am fulfilling his dream.
What is your experience with patients? Do they trust the treatment?
I explain the cause of illness by which the patient becomes diseased, hence he just needs to take care of not repeating the mistake. When the patient is made to understand the Ayurvedic approach of preventive, promotive & curative concepts, they are convinced. This is how can bring them to trust Ayurvedic treatment.
Any challenge that you face as a practitioner?
Old people are familiar with Ayurveda and they have seen its value. The challenge is to convince the younger generation who has mostly been aware of the western medicines and doesn’t know better.
