●        Make sure that you make a thick paste of Adoosa powder and coconut oil.

Sunburn is the result of the sun's harmful ultra-violet rays, which increases the skin's Pitta and decreases the Rasa Dhatu that is the nourishing fluid of the skin which is responsible for providing overall nourishment and glow to the skin.   • You need to take about 1-2 teaspoons of Adoosa powder in a bowl, depending upon the area where it is to be applied.

1.     Adoosa tablets with water

You can consume Adoosa tablets with water. You can follow the steps down below to consume Adoosa tablets. 

  1. You can take about one or two tablets of Adoosa.
  2. You can then swallow the tablets with water one or two times a day after having light meals.

2.     Adoosa capsule with water

You can consume the Adoosa capsule with water. Follow these steps:

  1. Take one or two capsules of the Adoosa plant. 
  2. You can either have lukewarm water or regular water for swallowing the Adoosa capsule.
  3. Take the capsule after meals and not on an empty stomach once or twice a day.

3.     Adoosa powder with water and honey

You can consume Adoosa powder by following these steps:

  1. You could take ¼ or ½ teaspoon of Adoosa powder in a cup.
  2. Add lukewarm water and honey in the cup and consume it. 
  3. It would help if you took this once or twice a day.

Ayurvedic tip for using Adoosa powder for treating skin problems

You can use Adoosa powder by following these tips for the treatment of skin problems. Check out these tips:

 

a.      You can take about half or one tablespoon of Adoosa powder in a small bowl.

b.      Mix a few tablespoons of honey to make a thick paste.

c.       You can then apply this paste on your skin rashes, ringworm infection, or other fungal infection.

d.      Let the paste stay on the affected area for 3-4 hours.

e.      After a few hours have passed, you can clean off the paste from the skin under running tap water.

f.        You could repeat this process 3-4 times in a weak for treating your skin problems.

  1. Adoosa as kwath 

You could consume Adoosa as kwath by following these steps:

  1. You can take about half or one teaspoon of Adoosa powder in a boiling utensil.
  2. Now add about two cups of water to the Adoosa powder in the boiling utensil.
  3. Boil it for about 5-10 minutes until one and a half cup of water is evaporated.
  4. Please turn off the gas and let it cool; this is the Adoosakwath.
  5. You could consume 2-3 teaspoons of this kwath with water.
  6. It would help if you drank it two times in a day after having light meals.

 

  1. Leaves of Adoosa plant 

The leaves of the Adoosa plant are used for the treatment of ulcers and boils. You can follow these steps for the treatment:

  1. You could take about 4-5 leaves of the Adoosa plant.
  2. Grind or crush these leaves to make a thick paste.
  3. You could then apply this paste on the affected area for treating boils and ulcers.
  4. You could apply this paste once in a day.
