The sad part is that in almost all countries, especially in developing countries, people with diabetes do not know the truth. They are under the illusion that their lives depend only on insulin injections and daily medication.
Treating diabetes with Ayurveda
According to Ayurveda, with the right medicine, the level of sugar can be kept under control by eating and eating right. In fact, diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder.
It occurs when the pancreas does not make enough insulin or when the body is unable to use the insulin it has produced properly. Therefore, this disease can be cured only by making the body completely athletic.
What is diabetes?
Diabetes is a metabolic deformation where the body fails to make use of glucose making at the end of digestion, leading to an enhanced glucose level in the serum of blood and urine. During the process of digestion, the carbohydrate in the consumed food is broken down into glucose.
Glucose is important because it supplies energy for the cells. To make utilize this glucose for energy, a hormone known as insulin is needed. People dealing with Diabetes mellitus don’t have adequate insulin production in their body or the insulin produced is not used for the modification of glucose into energy.
Because of this, the glucose levels in the body enhances in the blood damaging the blood vessels of vital parts like kidneys, heart, eyes, or the nervous system.
This can guide to complications like blindness, kidney failure, and heart disease that can even suffer from a stroke.
What is Type 1 diabetes?
When you are dealing with Type 1 diabetes, your pancreas does not produce insulin. Type 1 diabetes named juvenile diabetes is often diagnosed in children or teenagers. All the same, it can also happen in adults. This method accounts for 5-10% of people with diabetes.
What is Type 2 diabetes?
Type 2 diabetes happens when the body does not produce sufficient insulin, or when the cells are unable to use insulin correctly, which is called insulin resistance.
Type 2 diabetes is normally called “adult-onset diabetes” since it is diagnosed later in life, normally after the age of 45. It accounts for 90-95% of people with diabetes.
In recent years, Type 2 diabetes has been diagnosed in younger people, comprising children, more frequently than in the past.
What are the causes of diabetes?
You must know that diabetes does not happen due to the failure of the pancreas gland in our body or it becomes completely futile. Although there are many other factors that cause diabetes, the pancreas gland is the biggest cause of this.
1. Excess of sugar in the blood
Due to diabetes, the low build-up of insulin causes the sugar in the blood to increase, as the lack of physical energy causes sugar to accumulate in the blood so that it is excreted through urine. This is why the diabetic patient gets constant urination.
2. The pancreas gland is responsible
In fact, many types of hormones are released from the pancreas, these are insulin and glucan. Insulin is very convenient for the body. It is only through insulin that sugar gets into the blood, that is, insulin works to deliver sugar to other parts of the body.
3. Genetic causes
There are more reasons for diabetes. It is also genetic. If any of your family members have diabetes, then in the future you are also more likely to get diabetes.
4. Low production of insulin hormone
Cells or cells get energy from the sugar delivered by insulin. Diabetes causes low insulin hormone production. When insulin is low, sugar does not reach the cells and blood appropriately, due to which the energy of the cells becoming smaller and for this reason, the body starts to get harmed. Problems begin such as rapid heartbeat, fainting, etc.
5. Obesity is also responsible
Not eating on time properly, eating too much junk food, or start increasing your obesity is also the main factor of diabetes. You are gained weight, your BP is very high and cholesterol is not in balance mode, then you may deal with diabetes.
Eating too much sweet, eating out regularly, drinking less water, not exercising, sleeping immediately after eating or sitting continuously for long periods, etc. can also lead to diabetes.
Currently, the main cause of diabetes in children is their living and eating. Along with this, physical inactivity is also right by leading children to diabetes.
What are the symptoms of diabetes?
Information is very important for the intervention of Diabetes. Here are some symptoms. Here are some symptoms. By looking at these symptoms in your body, you can find out if you are facing any problems related to diabetes.
    • Frequent urination
    • Excessive thirst

Currently, more than 4.5 million people in India suffer from terrible diseases like diabetes. Diabetes patients are increasing rapidly in India due to poor eating habits, stress, lack of exercise, etc. Due to low insulin secretion in the body, we become a victim of diabetes.
