Don't break the fast with a feast: When you have done the fast, eat a short meal first full of healthy nutrients and protein. Ending your fast with a feast will make you feel lazy.

Do not join in high effect activity: Your energy levels are normally low on fasting days and joining in any kind of physical activity can make you feel weak.
