1. Safed Musli Churna or Powder 
- You can either buy powdered musli in the Ayurvedic store or grind it at home. 
- Take some clean Safed Musli roots and let them dry under the sun.
- Once dry, put these in the grinder without any liquid.
- Grind it into a powder structure and store it in an airtight container.
- You can swallow ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Safed Musli powder with warm water or honey. 
- Take it twice a day to see the effective result. 
 
2. Safed Musli Capsule
- Safed Musli Capsules are also available in the market. You can buy them in your nearest Ayurvedic store. 
- Take 1 or 2 capsules. Swallow it with warm water.

3. Safed Musli Ladoo 
- Heat a pan and add 10 teaspoons of ghee to it. 
- Crush up a cup of jaggery and add it to the warm ghee while stirring continuously.
- Once mixed, add 4 to 5 teaspoons of Safed Musli powder to it.
- Let the ladoo mixture cook.
- Add some chopped dry fruits like almonds, cashew, and raisins. 
- Once the ladoo mixture is properly cooked, take it off the flame and let it cool for some time. 
- Start binding the ladoos together into small circular shapes. 
- Enjoy the tasty treat. 
 
4. Musli Pak 
- Boil some cow's milk or any plant-based milk in medium heat.
- Add some Safed Musli powder to the milk while heating and stir it well. 
- Let the mixture thicken as a khowa. 
- Add ghee to the Musli khowa and still till it turns brown. 
- Make sugar syrup and heat it till you get a stringy kind of texture.
- Add it to the Musli khowa. 
- Grind 8 semal gond, 2 chironji, 2 nutmeg, some dry coconut, 2 to 4 saffron, 2 spikenard, 2 cinnamon stick, 2 long cloves, 2 elaichi, 2 tumbaru or tootache tree, 2 bay leaves,2 nagkeshar, 2 dry ginger, some long pepper, and 2 javitri.
- Add the powdered mixture to your khowa and stir until blended. 
- Store the Pak in an airtight container and put it to be cooled in the refrigerator. 
 
5. Safed Musli water
- Heat some water. 
- Add Safed Musli Powder and let the Musli water boil. 
- Once the flavor is infused, strain the water. 
- Enjoy your drink. 
 
Side Effects of Safed Musli
There is no possible side effect of Safed Musli. It is safe to be taken by mouth and also to be taken by children. However, you must not overdose on Safed Musli. It can cause stomach binding causing stomach upset in the way of constipation. This can turn severe with continuous overdosing. Be careful to consume Musli with the recommended dosage only.
