Kalijiri, also known as Bitter Cumin, is a plant commonly grown in India and Southeast Asia. The seeds are brown and have a sharp, bitter taste. Raw seeds are challenging to consume directly and are traditionally used as an ingredient in classic Ayurvedic formulations.
