Usage of Gokshura

  • Gokshura Churna
  1. Have a ¼-½ teaspoon of Gokshura Churna.
  2. Combine it with honey or take it with milk two times in an every when you have eaten your meals.
  • Gokshura pill
  1. Have 1-2 Gokshura pill.
  2. Consume it with water two times a day after you have taken your meals.
  • Gokshura Capsule
  1. Have 1-2 Gokshura capsules.
  2. Consume it with water two times a day after you have taken your meals.
  • Gokshura Kwath
  1. Have 4-6 teaspoons of Gokshura Kwath.
  2. Combine it with honey or take it with milk two times in an every when you have eaten your meals.
  • Gokshura with rose water
  1. Have ¼-½ teaspoon of Gokshura paste or powder.
  2. Combine it perfume and apply properly and uniformly on your face and neck.
  3. Leave it for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Wash it with normal water.
  5. Try this method 203 times in a week to see results and reduce the aging and dullness of your skin.

 The ideal dosage of Gokshura

Gokshura tablet- Take 1-2 tablets of Gokshura two times a day daily.

Gokshura powder- Take ½ teaspoon of its powder in a day or as per your usage.

Gokshura Churna- Take ¼- ½ teaspoon of Gokshura Churna two times a day daily.

Gokshura capsule- In a day, take 2 capsules two times daily.
