Castor oil is good for body massages, and you can follow this procedure for a body massage using castor oil.

 

  1. You could take about 3-5 tablespoons of castor oil or as per required for massaging the oil over the body.
  2. To treat body pain or joint pain, you could take a cotton pad and dip it in castor oil. Place the dipped cotton pad over the affected area and wrap it with plastic.
  3. Then place a heating pad over the plastic for about an hour.
  4. This will help in getting rid of arthritic pain from the affected area.
  5. You can repeat this process every week to get better results.

Castor oil has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which help delay the signs of aging by preventing wrinkles and keeping the skin nourished and healthy. Therefore, applying castor oil on the skin can help in managing the aging symptoms. You can use castor oil on your face in circular motions to promote the flow of blood.
