Bala is a popular herb in the Ayurvedic world, and it translates to "strength" in English. All parts of this herb possess unique and various medicinal properties, especially the root. - Boil it until the water has been reduced to half
- Drink it hot or keep in the fridge and consume it later as per convenience.
