In recent times the plenty of diabetic cases has been reported, blame it on unhealthy lifestyle, the hectic routine, stress, age factor or the hereditary reason. The reality is that more and more people are affected by Diabetes. The solution or path which people choose to treat the Diabetes is either through the medicines or by insulin, in case of extremely high level of sugar. Jamun Seeds: The powder of seeds Eugenia Jambolana cab be taken with the lukewarm water. The Jamun leaves prevent converting of starch into sugar, hence chewing of Jamun leaves is very good.
Triphala: The consumption of Triphala Powder is a great to control sugar levels.
Amla: The juice of Amla or Amla as a fruit can be taken for Diabetes control. It is also available easily.
Methi Seeds: The powder of Methi seeds or mixed with any other Ayurvedic herbs is an easy way to control the sugar level.
Cinnamon Powder: The Cinnamon Powder (3-4 tablespoon) can be heated (15-20 mins) with water (1 litre) and after draining the mixture that water can be consumed to control the sugar level.
Vijaysar Churna or Pterocarpus Marsupium: These can be taken in form of powder, cubes or cubes can be put in water overnight and can be consumed empty stomach.
Ground Bay Leaf or Aloe Vera: The mixture of half tablespoon turmeric and half tablespoon bay leaf and one spoon Aloe Vera can be prepared and can be taken before lunch and dinner.
Diabetes is all about control; in order to control the sugar levels, the person has to control his eating habits and keep a strong check. The items which may lead to increase the sugar levels should be strictly avoided such as junk foods, ghee, oily foods, sugarcane, and sweet items.
