The person is made to lose the fact with the help of exercises, fasting therapies and cleansing therapies with the help of Panchkarma.

Santarparna is body replenishment which is used in the case is a body is ill, weak and underweight with the low immunity system. The body is provided with the nutrients which help in strengthening the body tissue without increasing the fat or sugar level. The common methods are Anuvasana Basti (oil enema therapies), oil massages and nourishing massages.
