1.Because it contain some mootral dravy as an ingredient therefore used in the treatment of Calculi, Painful urination and in BPH(Benign Proastate Hyperplasia).
2.Also indicated in UTI(Urinary tract infections), Dribbling and burning micturition.
3.Improves the tonicity of urinary bladder.

Children(6-12 years) one tablet twice daily.
Adults 2 tablets thrice daily.
Usually no side-effect but during pregnancy it is good to consult your doctor before taking this.
