I am a fourth generation Ayurveda Physician, with an experience of more than 14 years. I have been trained in Kerala Panchakarma at Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam and Research Institute, Coimbatore (AVP) under the guidance of the senior most physicians and Medical Directors. I completed the Ayurvedacharya (B.A.M.S.) Degree from Shree Lakshmi Naryana Ayurvedic College, Amritsar under the Guru Nanak Dev University (Amritsar). In the past I have headed Ayurvedic treatment centres at Apollo Sindoori Hospital, Chennai, Inlaks & Budhrani Hospital (Under Sadhu Vaswani Mission), Pune and recently at Ayush Therapy Centre (Hindustan Unilever Ltd.) Shivalik, New Delhi. Besides being a clinical Physician, I am also an Ayurveda Spa Consultant and have been part of the team instrumental in setting up Ayurveda Spas for Kama Ayurveda Ltd. at Purity Spa, Malabar Escapes, Cochin and Trident Oberoi, Chennai.
